No time to be a festive sloth! Jennifer Nicole Lee proves you have to work hard to maintain a fabulous body

She lost 80lbs following the birth of her second child, so she knows more than most how hard it is to shift excess weight once you've gained it.
And today fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee showed any festive sloths that they need to back away from the leftovers and head to the gym if they stand any chance of being in shape.
Wearing a pair of tiny gold shorts bottoms that tied in with her training shoes, and a midriff baring black crop top, the 36-year-old raised temperatures in an already balmy Miami as she worked out in a park.

Nicole's tiny outfit showed off her supremely toned and tanned body, which she was perfecting as she worked up a sweat on an exercise ball.
And if her perfectly defined muscles are anything to go by, it's a daily occurrence.
The mother-of-two completed her look with gold jewellery, slicked back ponytail, bright lipstick and a large par of headphones.

Nicole put herself through the paces, all whilst preening and posing as she got busy training with her blow-up ball and some bars.
All of Jennifer's hard work certainly pays dividends.
Just last week, the beautiful honey-highlighred brunette looked stunning as she put herself through her paces.

Jennifer rocketed to 200lbs after the birth of her second child.
She then set about losing over 80lbs and was crowned Miss Bikini America.
Seeing the transformation in her body inspired her to launch a career as a fitness guru and she has published several books, workout DVDs and has launched her own swimwear line.
'It's my goal and passion to help increase the quality of everyone's lifestyle,' Jennifer promises her fans on her website.
Her weight loss journey and subsequent business ventures led her to even appear on Oprah and several television shows.
