She may be blessed with an enviable figure, but even Gemma Merna has to work hard to maintain it.
The 27-year-old actress makes sure she fits in gruelling workouts to ensure she stays in shape - but of course she has some help from a professional.
The Hollyoaks star was pictured earlier this month working out with her personal trainer in Liverpool, and it certainly looked like a tough session.

Wearing black Adidas sport trousers with a purple Nike vest, Gemma looked determined to keep fit.
Accompanied by her male trainer, the blonde star was seen jogging through a forest but was smiling as she did so.
The pair then stopped to do some all important stretching amongst the Autumn leaves and Gemma looked relieved for the break.

The Channel 4 star was obviously working up such a sweat that she didn't feel the need for a tracksuit top- despite it being a cold November day.
The intensive workout was no doubt part of her preparation for her trip to Dubai the following week, where she attended the grand opening of the Embassy club.

As well as attending the event in a fitted red dress that showed off her enhanced cleavage, the actress was keen to show off her body by the poolside.
Along with The Only Way Is Essex star, Sam Faiers, Gemma soaked up the sunshine in a skimpy pink bikini and must have felt like all of her hard work had paid off.

The TV stars spent plenty of time posing in a swimming pool, with Sam also choosing to wear a tiny two-piece.
No doubt Gemma came crashing back down to earth once back in the UK though and made sure she booked herself in for another intensive workout.
